Requirements to Get Married Online
To proceed with your online marriage, you must meet the following:
✔ Be 18 years or older
Both applicants must be at least 18 at the time of application.
✔ No recent divorce (within 60 days)
You cannot have been granted a divorce in the last 60 days.
✔ Marriage within 31 days
Your ceremony must take place within 31 days of applying.
✔ Valid government-issued ID
A valid ID is required for both applicants.
